Sawyer Fredericks

Art Omi Summer Opening in the Park
Explore the recently installed work in the Sculpture and Architecture Park, as well as
To Be Of Use,” a solo exhibition by David Shrigley in the Newmark Gallery. Melissa Auf der Maur, Arone Dyer, and Rebecca Ruth Borrer will perform using Shrigley’s Problem Guitars at 3 p.m. in celebration of the opening. Children and families can embark on a collaborative building project at the Art Omi Block Party in the Education Pavilions until 4 p.m.

Charming Disaster with Melora Cramer
The Brooklyn goth-folk duo is on tour ahead of the release of their third album, SPELLS + RITUALS. Inspired by murder ballads, goth humor, crime, mythology and the supernatural, the duo achieved cult fame after the hit podcast “Welcome to Night Vale” featured their song “Ghost Story.” The “steampunk queen” of the anachronistic cello-rock ensemble Rasputina, Melora Cramer, will open.
