Monday Talent Scout Open Mic with Featured artist DF & Paul Show

Come to Bourbon Street’s open mic every Monday. The house band goes on at 8 PM, the featured artist plays at 8:25 PM and sign-up for open mic is at 8:45 PM. Take advantage of this great networking opportunity for musicians.

Music Lab: Beat Making Co⁠-⁠created with Swizz Beatz

Come learn how to make your own beat on Apple’s GarageBand. Some Apple creatives will help you figure what you like based on various EDM, Hip-hop and R&B beats. An iPad will be provided, or you can bring your own.

Harriet Tubman–William Seward Statue Dedication

The Harriet Tubman–William Seward statue dedication originated with Professor Emeritus Frank Wicks, a former Union College professor who was inspired by the social activism of Tubman and Seward. Recognizing the historic impact these two people had on our country, a brass statue depicting them both will be revealed.

Bluegrass Jam With Schroon River String Band

The monthly Bluegrass band, hosted by Schroon River String Band, will kick off the evening with a few songs themselves and then open up the stage to other musicians in the crowd.
