The market is open until 5 PM every Monday, rain or shine, through October. Come choose from a selection of fruit, veggies, flowers, take-home meals, eggs, jams and jellies, baked goods, honey, chocolate, prepared food, dog treats, and more. Marathon Music Open House
The African-American Cultural Center is holding an open house and intro session celebrating the debut of Marathon Music, hosted by the Albany non-profit, PULSE. The program will be open to youth (ages 14-18) who have an interest in music production, recording or similar career paths. Participants will learn how to operate industry standard recording programs, develop soft skills and learn about ownership and financial literacy. Upon completion, they will be provided with an opportunity to interview with local employers in the field, as well as have their final project aired on the radio.
